Terms & refunds

Decamp is operated by Rcuadrado (rcuadrado.es), Spain. Contact: decamp@rcuadrado.es. Payments appear on your statement as RCUADRADO.

What you buy

A one-time export of the public content of one website you own: blog posts, pages (text, images, buttons), images, videos uploaded to the site, SEO titles and descriptions, categories, tags and a redirect map, delivered as a ZIP file you download in your browser. You can re-download the export of that site for 30 days after payment.

What's not included

Your site's design, layout, fonts and animations; store products, bookings, events, members, comments, forms, polls; anything password-protected, unpublished or not publicly visible, including the locked part of members-only (Pricing Plans) posts. The free inventory and preview show what we found on your site before you pay.

Your site, your content

You may only export sites you own or are authorised to migrate. Ownership is confirmed by a meta tag you add to the site. Using Decamp to copy other people's websites is prohibited and we will refuse or cancel such exports.

Refunds

If the export doesn't work for your site (content missing, files that won't import), email decamp@rcuadrado.es within 14 days of payment. We'll try to fix it, and if we can't, we refund the full amount. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Availability

Decamp reads public data that Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy serve for your site. If they change how sites are served, some content may temporarily fail to export; you're covered by the refund policy above. Decamp is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wix.com Ltd., Squarespace or GoDaddy. "Wix", "Squarespace" and "GoDaddy" are trademarks of their owners.

Liability

Keep your original site until you've checked the import on your new platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the export.
