Migrate your Wix blog to Webflow

Webflow's own help centre puts it plainly: “Blog posts can't be exported to other platforms from Wix. You'll need to manually copy blog content,” and Wix doesn't let you download all your media at once. Webflow's CMS does import CSV files, and it fetches images from URLs during the import. The missing piece is a clean CSV.

Decamp produces a Webflow-ready posts.csv with the post body as clean rich-text HTML (no Wix inline styles), the cover image, summary, author, dates, categories, tags, SEO title and meta description. It also produces a 301 list in the format Webflow's hosting settings use.

Free inventory and 3-post preview. One payment per site when you download.

1. Export your Wix site with Decamp

Paste your Wix address into Decamp. The free inventory lists how many posts, pages, images, categories and tags we found, plus anything that can't move (store products, bookings, forms).

Prove the site is yours by adding one meta tag in Wix (Pages → ⋯ → SEO basics → Advanced SEO → Additional tags) and publishing.

Check the free preview of your three newest posts, then pay once and pick “Webflow” as the destination. That sets the new URL pattern used for internal links and the redirect file.

Download the ZIP. Keep your Wix site live until the import below is finished.

2. Set up the Webflow collection

Create (or open) a Blog Posts collection with: Name, Slug, Post Body (Rich Text), Post Summary (Plain text), Main Image (Image), Published Date (Date), Author (Plain text or reference), Categories, SEO Title, Meta Description.

Webflow rich text fields accept headings, lists, links, quotes and images, which matches what Decamp outputs.

3. Import the CSV

Collection → Import → upload webflow-framer-csv/posts.csv. Map each column to its field. Map “Main Image” to the image field so Webflow fetches it.

Import while your Wix site is still live, because Webflow copies the images from Wix during the import. Big blogs can take a few minutes.

Publish the collection items.

4. Add 301 redirects

Site settings → Publishing → 301 redirects. Use redirects/webflow-301.csv: every /post/slug goes to /blog/slug (or the pattern you chose).

Redirect files included: Webflow 301 list · CSV. Old Wix links and Google results keep working.

Questions

Will images inside the post body come over?
Yes. Webflow downloads images referenced in rich text during import, as long as they're still reachable. That's why you import before cancelling Wix.

Does Webflow limit the CSV?
Webflow CMS plans have item limits, so check that your plan holds as many items as your blog has posts.
