Get your site out of Jimdo
Jimdo doesn't offer a full export of your website. Moving to WordPress or anything else usually means copying every page and blog post by hand and saving each image.
Decamp reads your published Jimdo Creator site and hands you an import file for WordPress (Squarespace and HubSpot read it too), a Ghost package, a Webflow/Framer CSV and Markdown, with every image downloaded (web-size copies by default, original files if you prefer) and a redirect map for your old URLs.
Free inventory and 3-post preview. One payment per site when you download.
1. Export with Decamp
Paste your Jimdo address (your own domain or name.jimdofree.com). The free inventory lists your pages and blog posts.
Prove the site is yours: paste the short code Decamp shows into any text block on your Jimdo homepage, then publish. Delete it after the check.
Preview your content for free, pay once and download the ZIP.
2. Import on the new platform
WordPress: Tools → Import → WordPress, upload wordpress/wordpress-import.xml, tick “Download and import file attachments”.
Ghost, Webflow, Framer, Squarespace and static sites each have their own folder and steps in README.md.
3. Keep your rankings
Jimdo blog posts live at /YYYY/MM/DD/title/. Install the 301 file from the redirects/ folder on your new host so old links and Google results land on the right page.
Using Jimdo's newer builder?
Decamp currently supports classic Jimdo Creator sites. If your site was made with Jimdo's newer builder, the inventory tells you straight away and you can join the waiting list. Nothing is charged.
Questions
Does my Jimdo shop come across?
No. Store products aren't part of the export. Your text, images, pages and blog posts are.
